Account Director (Hybrid Inside/Outside Sales)

Top Hat is looking for amazing people to join our sales team in our Toronto office! We’re looking for highly motivated, energetic self-starters with unparalleled interpersonal skills. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to professors, getting them excited about our platform, and bringing Top Hat into as many classrooms as possible through a hybrid, inside and outside sales function.

About the Gig:

  • You will be responsible for owning a territory of higher education institutions (universities and colleges) across North America

  • You will be a Top Hat  brand ambassador and business development executive within your territory

  • You will grow the campus user base through lead generation, referrals, and establishing/maintaining relationships through the schools

  • You will educate professors on how Top Hat is revolutionizing the world of education and show the value of using our platform in their classrooms

  • You will run demonstrations of Top Hat via sharing software and in-person (travelling on campus across North America)

 About You:

  • You are highly motivated, energetic and have unparalleled interpersonal and communication skills

  • You have previous cold-calling experience in an outbound sales environment (or are incredibly eager to learn!)

  • You are detail-oriented and a self-starter

  • You have completed a bachelor’s degree or have demonstrated equivalent experience

  • You will also manage special projects for the executive team as required

Account Manager

Responsibilities of a CDW Account Manager include:

  • Establishes, develops and manages a book of business
  • Researches sources for developing and qualifying prospective customers 
  • Outbound cold calling to potential and established customers on a daily basis
  • Establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makers within each client and territory 
  • Coordinates sales effort with internal and external technical specialists, purchasing, and other internal departments
  • Meet or exceed sales and effort targets
  • Focus on customer’s IT business issues, problem solve and propose solutions to meet short and long term needs
  • Develops and maintains on-going knowledge of products, services, market conditions and trends through attendance at various internal training sessions
  • Demonstrate ability to close sales and overcome clients objections
  • Develop and maintain exceptional consultative relationships with existing clients
  • Develop relationships with CDW Canada’s strategic manufacturing partners to grow sales
  • Maintain CDW’s values and Philosophies of Success

Account Executive

In a nutshell, Mojo Networks provides enterprise, cloud-managed, wireless solutions to commercial and education clientele (K12, higher education, retail, restaurants, office environements, etc).  Our intuitive dashboard, wireless security heritage, and customer analytics differentiate us; and we’re looking for the right people to help evangelize the value we bring to our customers. You’ll join an energetic, fast-paced team, while forging meaningful, collaborative relationships with your aligning engineers, account teams, and technology resellers.
